( just click on it). We have been having some issues with the focus on the anodic recipe on the EV aligner. Even though the soft setting is set at 950 the actual focus stops at 884 when I called EV to day their rep happened to be in the area he will be here around 3:30 today and I need the system for him to work on. Focus setting in the software is set at 950 but one is not able to pass 885. EV rep worked on the tool yesterday and we did not find any mechanical stop at all. He is back today and needs to work on the system I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but is out of my hand.
