To begin, I noticed almost every day this week the system goes to error and needs to be reset almost every time, remedy till monday is go to START and restart the program. This is a huge one, after the mask is loaded and checked when the first wafer goes in the separation is already in contact ( the light is not red) so YOU NEED TO GO TO SEPARATION by hitting the button on the panel ( most left on). If not you will scratch the sample. I have send a copy of log to EV about 1/2 hour a go, we will take care of it on Monday. Two people have reported some shift on BSA, any body else is experiencing this?
