Hello all,

We have changed the ellipsoidal mirror and Mario replaced the lamp as 
well. Intensity came right at 15mv/cm2 and Jason tested the aligner and 
the exposures are

3612   1 um    in hard contact  1.1 to 1.3 seconds exposure
3612    1.6 um   in hard contact    1.4 to 1.6 seconds  exposure.

We are back to our old values.
Please log your exposure on the chart next to the system and comment on 
the coral for issues and problems.
