Hello all,

I totally disagree with what the EV engineer is claming, The flags
getting stuck has nothing to do with the STACK thickness height. and our
graphite disk measures 2 mm not 3.0.
I will talk to EV and Mike will look in to that while I am gone.

This is Faramarz , Customer Support Mgr.

I had two service engineers at your facility for Aligner and Bonder.

Aligner: loose left optic which was secured adjusted, tool back into
operation.

Bonder: Flags were cleaned and there seems to be some confusion about stack
thickness. Which I will clarify. Service tech verified functionality but
Mahnaz please verify as well.

Hello all,

I talked to EV folks this afternoon and apparently the stack thickness
scale has been totally out of calibration, you are not suppose to rotate
that too much.
He has every thing calibrated on 3 mm graphite thickness. I have given
one new graphite disk to Dave Houng and he will put it in the lab. The
thickness of this graphite is the same in both center and edge so if you
are using the new one add 3 to your measurement.

    I have measured thickness of the graphite piece and it is 3mm.  I have labeled the box "3mm thick" with red marker.
