Hello, 

This is Faramarz , Customer Support Mgr.

I had two service engineers at your facility for Aligner and Bonder.

Aligner: loose left optic which was secured adjusted, tool back into
operation.

Bonder: Flags were cleaned and there seems to be some confusion about stack
thickness. Which I will clarify. Service tech verified functionality but
Mahnaz please verify as well.
