EVBond status update

I apologize for the bonder being down longer than I had intended.  We 
are finally making good progress.  We have extracted the broken screw 
and we have ordered the parts needed to fix it.  They should be here 
tomorrow.  Assuming we don't run into any more problems, we should get 
it back online sometime tomorrow, Dec. 11th.
