Unfortunately last night the the glass frame for bond alignment ( if you need alignment on the EV) broke. I have called EVG and a glass frame with vacuums trenches will get shipped. The SYSTEM IS UP AND RUNNING. I suppose a Hooray goes to EVG for speedy replacement. The price has gone up, is about $1850. Please take all the caution possible, the best will be put the graphite on the front of the EVbonder chamber so when you do the precision alignment and before going in to the bonder you could see the graphite and put it on the stack. mahnaz
