Quartz plate vs stell plate

Hello all,

I think we are experiencing a heavy perid of EV bonder use and we find 
ourself often switching back and forth and it has become problematic.

I have done this in the past that we had certain days say Monday, 
Wednesday and Friday  quartz plate and the rest of the days  in steel  
and weekends in one form or other.
Please let me know how often you are planning to use the system and  in 
which mode?
There are few of you using the system  heavily so we should come to a 
quick agreement.
