The exhaust controller is back inline and controlling. The FSE removed a weight from inside of the exhaust controller and made a gain calibration. Users can monitor the exhaust by the magnehelic guage inside the process area. It is a 4" round magnehelic guage. If the exhaust is controlling, the guage reads about  0.18 to 0.2"/H2o. If the guage is reading 0, please put the tool down in Coral.  System OK to use.
