Subject: Problem evgspraycoat SNF 2011-07-08 13:58:49: Error message in jobs and pump pages

The error message at the top right of the jobs and pump pages states:
"MACH Missing Machine facilities (Pressure)"
and the only active button on the left side of the jobs page is "CLEAN".
I am unable to run my wafers.

Checked all incoming facilities- OK. Cleared the error. Tested operation with a standard program. All OK.
