COT1:STOP  Could not accept another job before cleaning the station.
This message came up ;and would not let me continue even after cleaning and changing material.  Tried to log off and relog on but the coater would not go through the initialization step.
I am in the middle of a lot and would like to finish it...thx

The cleancounter had counted down to 0. Reset the clean counter back to 200 wafers. Tested operation- All OK.
