Last user leave the pull rod inside. Now it seems the pull rod can not be pulled out and stuck inside. Now the lid also stuck.

The pull rod is not inside it is the TC sheath and it is supposed to be there. Loosened the lid. DON"T PUT IT ON TIGHT!!!
