From rostam at stanford.edu Fri Jun 4 10:39:07 2010 From: rostam at stanford.edu (Rostam Dinyari) Date: Fri, 4 Jun 2010 10:39:07 -0700 (PDT) Subject: fga2 concerns Message-ID: <428511815.330542.1275673147325.JavaMail.root@zm06.stanford.edu> To whomever responsible for the following: fga2 was found in the following status yesterday evening: - glass rod broken - tube cap sealed and could not be opened - none of the above reported on coral - nitrogen flow in the tube was turned off You need to be re-trained and qualified on the tube. Also, it seems you don't display yourself a member of the SNF community. Everyone makes mistakes including you and me. A true member of the community would report any problem/mistake on coral and to the staff and doesn't just walk away.
