I lost my piece during Plasma Al2O3 coating. Piece size is just above 1cm X 1cm , so I thought it wolud be fine but it was lost. I think it is sitting at the bottom of the chamber. Sorry about that. Piece only have Si, SiO2 so I think it won't affect the othere people's coating hopefully.
