pump was powered off.  not clear why this happened so i'll be watching for pump issues over the next several runs.  retrieved users orphaned wafers and put them in their home.
currently rerunning thermal hafnia qual to check accelerated deposition rate.
machine available to use when i finish qual (wednesday afternoon).
