Comment fiji2 SNF 2012-05-23 00:19:11: pumping issue with transfer sample

When loading sample, you now often need to do a pump w/o turbo first then transfer sample.  otherwise the main chamber will not read below the set cutoff base pressure.  this has been intermittent since last friday's tranfer repairs.  not sure of the culprit and working to figure this out.  in the meantime, just pumping the loadlock first solves the issue.
