cleared broken wafers and thoroughly vacuumed load lock and transfer region.
found tranfer arm in very sorry state:
- end trigger disloged and moved
- end effector bent too low
- twisted from proper position
tomorrow i will disassemble transfer arm and attempt to fix all the above problems and the magnetic "sticking" position.  i am not sure how long this will take as i have not done this thorough of a rebuild before.  i expect the machine to be offline through thursday at least.
