[fiji2-pcs] Problem fiji2 SNF 2013-02-05 09:15:28: unloading problem

I tried to unload the previous users sample, but as the plate was coming out something happened, and it did not come out (perhaps it dropped?)  Now the loading fork does not move up and down as you rotate.
