The system will be shutdown at 8 am next Wednesday. Elmer has the system reserved through Friday, although the move and requalification of the system to take much less time than this; by Wednesday's end if all goes well. Please try to plan your work accordingly; apologies for the inconvenience. Team Etch (Elmer, Nancy, Mike, Cesar, Jim McV, Mary) -- Mary X. Tang, Ph.D. Stanford Nanofabrication Facility Paul G. I should clarify: the Gasonics is not leaving the lab. It will have a new home between the MRC and Drytek4. It does mean we lose the table there. As I understand it, the move should be straightforward; all the utilities and pumps have been prepared above and below the floor and there are no toxic process gases or chemicals involved, so we trust that it should come up quickly.
