[hdpcvd-pcs] Problem hdpcvd SNF 2013-02-01 17:36:37: interlock alarm

After disabling the tool, recieved alarm "Facilities service has failed. PM1SafetyInterlockIsOKSensor".  I tried enabling the tool again, and the alarm went away.  Alarm reappeared after disabling again.  Tool operates normally and is fully functional otherwise .  Maybe this is not a malfunction and is just normal operation.
