When I pressed the go pedal, the wafer and chuck spun for about 3-4 seconds and then stop. When I pressed the pedal again without touching anything, it would spin for 3-4 seconds and then stop. I tried to adjust the time, and tried different wafers, with the same results. The vacumn seemed ok since it didn't start without a chuck or without a wafer, and my wafer's didn't move on the chuck.
