Problem headway2 SNF 2005-10-21 23:32:26: not spinning

Found a burned Fuse In the controller , I guess someone tried
to fix it him/herself and use the wrong fuses, PLEASE DO NOT
TOUCH OR TRY TO FIX IT YOURSELF!,  replaced fuse,cycled 
wafers , ok to use.
