Coater works ok, but it seems that the chuck vacuum 
is stuck "ON".  You can still use it, but you have to slide 
or pry your piece off the chuck after spinning.

cleaned sticky solenoid valve, replaced vacuum hose
cleaned Motor, tested good , works lik ea champ!
good to use.
