Shutdown headway2 SNF 2008-01-22 10:02:50: Vacuum problem

Replaced vacuum solinod plunger and body. Cleaned and cleared blockage of resist in spindle shaft with solid wire rod. and acetone. Checked and adjusted vacuum sensor. User tested OK.
