Comment headway2 SNF 2008-05-01 11:08:22: cleaned chucks & replaced insert Orings

I Cleaned all the chucks ( some of them were full of resist )
and I replaced all of the Insert Small Orings, I also left
some in the chuck container in  a small zip lock bag ,
so when the oring gets dirty or old users can replace it.
