Problem headway2 SNF 2009-09-12 11:21:11: headway doesn't spin

Checked system , The System Is FIne, the Only thing That I can Think Of
is that maybe the chuck was dirty or didnt have  the Inside Oring,
Please checked the Chucks before Use them if theyre not clean , clean  it with acetone , if you need extra Orings They are some new ones 
in the Container were we keep the Chucks, Ok to use.
