Exhaust flow through coater bowl measured 490 FPM. Face velocity at front edge of sink measured 130 FPM. Fould a 1/2 inch space at top edge of right/side plexiglass panel where it meets the top plexiglass cover. Was able to measure a positive airflow through this gap into the cleanroom. Removed the plexi panel, rotated 45 degrees and re-installed the panel. Now there is no more gap between the side panel and top panel. Possible that the odors were escaping through this gap. Will continue to monitor for improvement.
