I left A bag With SOme Extra White  Insert Orings, this is in case the 
Ones that the chucks have are to dirty  , to replace it just remove the
old one  and thow it away clean the White insert with acetone put the 
new Oring , This will make the chuck get better vacuum and also will
keep your sample from getting Dirty particles.
