Problem headway2 SNF 2010-11-08 13:42:51: Vacuum breaks up

vacuum working fine, tested with several chucks, the problem 
sometimes is the chuck , if the chuck is not  clean or
if the chucks is not set up the right way vacuum will not work at all.
