We 've just Replaced 2 of the Chucks White teflon Inserts , make sure the Teflon Insert D shape is insert it Properly to the D shape Spindle and please clean Up the Chucks After use them. Thank you . P.S. We Will be changing all of the Teflon Inserts 2 at the time.
