1) Found the Controller Fuses Disconnected 
2) Found 1 Of the fuses Burned out
Replaced Bad Fuse and tested ok, Good to use. Cleaned Up the
Bench, PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO FIX OR REPLACE PARTS ON
ANY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT, IF IS NOT WORKING PLEASE WRITE IT 
ON BADGER AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AS SOON AS 
POSSIBLE.

Power interruption to the wetbench caused the headway spinner and Badger to drop out. Cycled power to wetbench and tested interlock. All OK.
