[headway2-pcs] Problem headway2 SNF 2013-01-14 17:36:13: headway controller speed may not be correct

Headway controller SPEED OF ROTATION may not  be correct in its calibration.
User just reported that the spindle doesn't alway spin at the correct speed and now the spindle is frozen and doesn't turn at all.
