  Users are reminded:

To start your processing by wiping down the bench with lint free using 
acetone followed by a second IPA wipe down.
The entire basin and deck adjacent the headway coater should be covered 
with foil before every use.
The foil should be disposed of after your spin coating activities.

Finally at the end of your spin coating activities, please again wipe 
down the bench with Acetone and IPA...
