During deposition, the Pt target splattered (though I'm not sure why). Upon unloading, the cruicble tried to rotate to C2, but became stuck between C3 and C4. I was able to unload C4, but the Pt target is still in C3. Any advice on how to prevent this in the future would be appreciated. Sorry for the hassle.
