There seemed to be no change in power (volt and amps the same and no visible change of light intensity from source). I changed the crystal in case this is a crystal problem... but if following users see the same problem, they should probably report it. 2) The cutback light on the power supply flashed a few times during the deposition. I'm regen-ing the innotec cryo since no user has it reserved until early Sat AM, and it's our best shot to have it survive the weekend in operation! In any case, unless there is a more serious issue with the cryo, it should be operational again Saturday morning. Just check the cryo temperature on the VSC before loading your samples. If it's less than about 17K, and the cryo is not really loud, then you should be ok to run. This appeared to be a real pressure burst. I restarted, and everything was eventually ok, but pressure and cryo temp were slow to recover (5 min or so).
