Problem innotec SNF 2007-07-30 22:09:05: source1 can't be turned on

I ran Innotec twice without a problem. Sometimes when 
setting up and you go out of sequence, it will keep remote
from working. Shut down the power (TT10/15) supply and start over at step 20 "Press Main Power button on."
