Comment innotec SNF 2007-10-11 12:17:39: Pressure/cryo-temp excursion

about 10% into my Al dep, the cryo temp went up, the pressure went up and the interlocks shut down.  I re-started "pump only" and everything went back to normal.  I was able to finish.
