Problem innotec SNF 2008-04-21 13:21:34: high voltage failure

After pumping down to 5e-7 I turned on the source 1 and high voltage, and heard an unknown sound.  A few of the green lights (usually 7 on) turned off, as did the filament.  When I turned the filiment back on, pressure read 1e-6.  I turned off power supply, returned to pump only, and pumped back below 5e-7.  The second time the power supply worked correctly.
