Problem innotec SNF 2009-02-20 13:19:47: ATM light taking longer than normal (10 sec.) to go out

It is taking twice as long for ATM light to go out . OK to use as 
long as the ATM light does go out. If it doesn't go out, press 
the red stop button to stop the roughing pump. Raise the 
bell jar (about 6 inches). Lower the bell jar again (verifying) 
that the back end of the bell jar is laying flat. and press F5
again , Watch that the ATM light goes out.
