I wanted to use SCT. There were many many big gold particles all around innotect; I had to walk over them to use SCT. I cleaned with wipes so I didn't have to walk on them. There are still so many particles in that area.

Wasn't the system just cleaned?  When I used to help tear out the chamber "guts" we would swing the bell jar out and make a plastic tent to help contain the particles.  I think I recall running a vacuum hose inside the tent too.

Would strongly request that tenting be part of the procedure again because once gold particles are released they go everywhere in the lab and can't be cleaned up.  That kind of thing can destroy months of research.

As a "clean" lab user I'm asking for verification that the system will be tented with vacuum hose in the future to avoid another nuclear bomb of gold particles.

after I finished my dep I vented the system   After 35 min the ATM light had not come on and I couldn't open the chamber.  Eric opened the panels and jiggled some of the cords.  The ATM light came on (system had vented, just no light)    pls check.  Thanks!
