Shutdown innotec SNF 2010-08-23 14:39:29: Still seeing ebeam pulsing and cut back fan flickering

Still pulsing this morning and Jim ran down in the basement and 
dusted off the power supply. Ran a couple of more metals 
(two more pump downs) and each time the arcing and cut back 
stopped flashiing as much. OK to use.
