Comment innotec SNF 2010-12-05 01:55:25: New crystal okay - no splattering

I put in a new crystal and slowly ramped up the power to 7% on the Pt source.  No splattering this time. I finished my dep of 90Ang.   The shutter was new before the Pt source splattered last dep.  There are a few spots of Pt on the shutter,  there are no more clean shutters.  The Pt spots don't seem to be falling off.
