Problem innotec SNF 2010-03-22 23:29:23: Interlock WFS2 On

The error "interlock WFS2" shows up.  All 7 lights are on when I turn on the main power, but I cannot get the high voltage to read 10.  It remains at 0.01 or 0.02.  Unable to use Innotec.
