Problem innotec SNF 2010-11-14 19:47:41: Au source looks thin & dep rate lower

The Au source looks thin, I added a pellet prior to dep but probably needs more.  Dep rate lower than usual.  usually use 12% and get 4-5 A/sec, today had to use 18% to get 2.5 A/sec
