Message-ID: The chamber pressure was about 4e-7. When I pressed the reset button 30 sec after turning on the main power, I heard big sound, and then the vac and hvac lit off. Since that happening, the cryo pump temperature rapidly goes up (currently 115K)... After venting the chamber, I can't even run the roughing pump currently (roughing pump menu disappeared), so the chamber is still left with atmospheric pressure.
