Above 8% power and then later 7.5% power caused sporadic flashing of the cut back light...(and also seen in the chamber). Things were fine all morning until this 4th deposition. Before the pumpdown, crystal was at 89%, but I didn't pay attention to the screen to see if it had the Crystal Failure message or not. I did my deposition anyway since the thickness is not super critical. After my deposition, I changed the crystal but it still says Crystal Failure. If you go all the way down, fast, the back side goes too far and the front will not seal. If the yellow light stays onfor too long on pump-down, stop, raise the jar a little, close with less "overshoot", and pump again. I had truoble on 2 of 4 pump-downs.
