Problem innotec SNF 2011-10-20 02:06:12: Crystal Failure

When I returned after pumpdown, I noticed the crystal monitor was flashing "Crystal Failure."  Before the pumpdown, crystal was at 89%, but I didn't pay attention to the screen to see if it had the Crystal Failure message or not.
I did my deposition anyway since the thickness is not super critical.  After my deposition, I changed the crystal but it still says Crystal Failure.
