Shutdown innotec SNF 2012-08-02 07:39:12: cut back light - no voltage turned on

Cut back indicator is lit, if pressing the voltage-on button, and no voltage was turned on. I can't proceed the run. I followed all the rules of the manual, and everything else was absolutely normal.
