Problem innotec SNF 2012-10-14 06:13:24: Innotec is not working!! (no pumping down)

I tried to use innotec this morning(10/14) but it didn't work.
When I tried to pump down, it makes an error noise and doesn't process any more.
I will report this to superusers, too.
Also, there is no process recipe papers near innotec.
But we can see it online.
