Shutdown innotec SNF 2012-12-14 04:40:58: Pump failure during deposition

During pre-heating the Ni target (at 2.5%) the pump suddenly failed and I was locked out from the system. I slowly increased the power when I was pre-heating it and I'm not sure why it blew out. I was able to recover the sample and the target has been returned to the original place. Only concern is that the Ni target got oxidized due to sudden pump failure
